We now offer Homesteading consultation and coaching! Just getting started in homesteading? We offer one on one instruction in everything from:
- Setting up and deciding what to put where.
- Setting goals for your homestead.
- Gardening.
- Poultry care.
- Seed starting and Saving.
- Canning and Preserving
- and much more!
Use our 30+ years of experience to help get you started and continued support when you need along your journey. Topics include but are not limited to:
- Homestead/Permaculture Design (what goes where and why)
- Gardening (From Raised Beds, to Starting your own seeds, to greenhouse and hoophouse use and construction. We will help guide you through to
the best solution for you.) - Poultry Husbandry and egg production.
- Canning (water bath and pressure canning from start to finish.)
- Building a Rainwater Catchment System ( and more things you can do with IBC totes and 55gal barrels!)
- Firewood How To ( What you need and how to get from tree to stove)
- AND SO MUCH MORE!
Consultations will be initiated via email then telephone call. We can discuss your goals and schedule Onsite visits. Our onsite fee is 100.00 per hour plus travel expenses. This service must be scheduled in advance, we do have a homestead to tend after all. Zoom Consultations can also be scheduled for $50 per hour with a one hour minimum. Email us any time to setup an initial survey call. The initial 10-20min survey call is no cost and no obligation.
