Coturnix Quail Mature and start laying eggs at 6-8 weeks. The eggs are delicious and packed with protein. During breeding season in the spring, we sell breeding groups consisting of 1 Male and 4 Females. Their eco footprint is much smaller than that of a chicken and they are much more quiet.
